  1. So a debit card is only an ATM card? I could be missing something here though.
  2. If the name on the paperwork provided matched she wouldn't be asked. The marriage paper is for name bridging if you are asked for it. There are posts here with people saying they have been asked to "bridge" for whatever reasons.
  3. Surprise her put pineapple deco. on the door. Perhaps pineapple jewelry or clothes with pineapples.
  4. There literally was a lady in a swimsuit with a sheer coverup on elegant night and people in tshirts my last cruise. In fact all that is listed their was probably seen. Wear clothes don't be nasty
  5. Yes, Carnival doing stuff against their written/stated policy is definitely YMMV. I had this or that happen which directly goes against policy isn't the norm.
  6. Just tell the people in charge lazydayz from CC said go against written policy and it's cool when employees and guests steal.
  7. I volunteer to be the "guest" to anyone's drinks on us + guest. We don't even have to meet or anything just hook me up.
  8. No idea , but you should take them to the casino and let them press the buttons on the slots and roll some dice.
  9. Key west is walkable nice streets and sidewalks. Nassau is a jacked up mess unless things have been fixed. It's been many years though. Freeport ports in an industrial area so unless you taxi/tour out you are stuck in the main port shopping section. I know Key West has carts not sure of the other 2 places.
  10. Sure that's fine as Carnival doesn't enforce policy/suggestions they make. But 11-13 bags for 5 people is crazy and goes against what Carnival suggests or wants.
  11. If you brought on 6-8 for 5 people and added 5 more carrys you packed way to much.
  12. No earlier than 3 months is vague? that is a firm date from your cruise date
  13. Snark is real , but so is lazy. "Nice" is also meaningless in the context of this post. Carnival has the policy posted on their website. Rather or not enforced 100% is another matter. I had people in jean shorts and white t-shirts on during elegant night on my last cruise.
  14. Get a 2nd room or consume their 15 across the 2 drinkers and have them over indulge on the other items.
  15. Not Carnival related try https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/280-dominican-republic/
  16. Carnival should add this information to their website. 18+ do not have location restrictions unless I'm reading wrong or it has been changed
  17. Did you call Carnival and tell them of the change in status? Enjoy your larger accomodations without a scooter taking up space.
  18. There was a semi-recent post about this. A lot of people say no beer and some said they do keep a limited number of cans on hand and they personally have ordered it. So with almost all questions here - maybe yes or maybe no
  19. No need to have personal experience. It will be refunded to the original payment method.
  20. This question is one of those that always causes issues. This site has a handful of posts already about it. A lot will say yes and as already seen some will say no. Carnival isn't know to enforce their own policy and the policy of bubbles is clearly spelled out on their website.
  21. A balcony divider opening isn't even close to being "every aspect of the ship". Especially when its easily accessed information on a Carnival website for TA usage. You have a crappy TA that doesn't want to do their job. also "“some of the partitions are removable and some not removable”. 100% don't believe this was said either
  22. I 100% don't believe this statement. There is 0 chance Carnival or Travel Agents don't know this information/site. Consider the link provided is a Carnival site which TAs have access. But when you talk down and mock Service Reps you more than likely won't get what you want.
