I have Medicare and I always thought that I would have NO medical coverage outside of the US. I also have a Blue Shield supplement Plan G. I just found out that they cover medical expenses outside of the US. Has anyone tried to get reimbursement? Was it successful? What kind of documentation did you need? I am about to head to Asia for a month and want to be prepared in case the unforeseen happens. Thanks
The website won’t let you grab a time. Before you get to that stage it say “Sorry, we hit a snag. Try again later”. The App says “Check in available” but when you click it, it does not go anywhere. My cruise just opened for check in today but others (on other cruises) say they have been trying for days.
I am having the same problem. I have the option to check in on the web or the App but I get to the end of the questions and it says “ Sorry, we hit a snag. Try again later”. The weird thing is when I log into my account on line it says “View Boarding Pass”. When I click on that it takes me back to the Check In questions.
Any recommendations for agencies to handle Vietnam E-Visa for US citizens. I have applied thru the Vietnam government website and paid the $25. So far I have gotten 2 denials due to ‘incorrect photo’ (whatever that means) and 1 denial due to inadequate address for residency in Vietnam (even though I listed name of ship and detailed address of port). To top it off, every time I access the application to edit it, the dates for entry into the country are changed. It has been so frustrating. I’ll happily pay more to get this done for me. I’m looking for trustworthy agencies. Any suggestions?
I know there is a way to look at menus and activities for cruises that you are not booked on through the App. I can’t remember how to do it. Can anyone help- please.
I am 100 days out from an Asia cruise and find that the basic sightseeing tour for a certain port is Sold Out. Do they generally add more spaces (another bus) as the cruise date gets closer? I wonder if the SOLD OUT notice is just there to get people to sign up for more pricey tours. I appreciate your experiences.
I am searching for premium Economy tickets from SFO to Tokyo for our cruise in October of 2024. I came across a reasonable price for a Refundable Non-stop on ANA. I was booking thru the United website and wanted to try ANA. I was about to book when I realized that United does not give you credit for ANY miles when you book Premium Economy. They do for Economy or Business class but not for Premium Economy. I called United to see if this was an error and they said NO, it is not a mistake. Just wanted you all to be aware. I almost missed that detail.

But sometimes one spouse wants to take a shower and go to bed where the other spouse wants to sit out in the fresh air and share drinks with their cruising companions.
I wish they did because we generally cruise together with friends or family booking side by side cabins and we join our balconies together. This is the way we like to socialize with a drink in the evenings. I want to try the new ships but this stops me.
