  1. Not sure exactly when you booked, but they are no longer including WIFI in their All In pricing. So that should be factored in also.
  2. We usually book direct with MSC and have received Upgrade emails. Our next cruise was booked through a TA. Will we receive the Upgrade emails directly or will it go to our TA? TIA
  3. Status Match is only available to guests 18 years and older. However, there is no minimum age for the MSC Voyagers Club. Once a member, your children will start earning rewards immediately. I found this. I hope it helps.
  4. We have done several MSC Cruises with our family. The first time the grandkids were two 8-year olds and one 2 year old on the Seaview. The next time, they were 10 and four on the Divina and last year on the World Europe, they were 11 and five. On all cruises they had a wonderful time. There were waterslides for the two older twins and they all loved the pools. The menus were geared to their tastes (one of the twins has a very sophisticated pallette and was very happy she could get mussels while the youngest probably ate cheeseburgers at every meal!) Essiesmom did post the current kids menus which is helpful and will give your kids an idea of what types of food they can get. We really feel that MSC is a very good multigenerational cruise line.
  5. We are in cabin 16025. Will we have the same problem? There are currently openings on deck 18 and 19. Should we move our cabin?
  6. We made the reservations once we were on board. We also embarked in Marseille and had no trouble making the reservations for the days/times we wanted.
  7. We were on Europa last June with our family, including a six year old and two 12 year olds. In the MDR, the kids usually ordered off the regular menu but had the kids menu (similar to those posted by Essiesmom) to fall back on if there wasn't anything they liked. While the adults went to Butchers Cut, the kids did not so I don't know what is available in that specialty restaurant for kids. We all went to Hola! and Kaito Teppanyaki & Sushi Bar and all three loved those two restaurants. Enjoy your trip! It really is a beautiful ship!
  8. I just saw this and might be too late to answer the OP but here goes. We were on World Europa last June. The men in our group did wear shorts to dinner and it was no problem. These were all very nice golf shorts. The weather was extremely hot so I don't know if that had anything to do with it.
  9. Thank you. I missed that when going through the booking.
  10. If I enter a test booking, I get the same price as a booking made when I sign in. How do I get my Voyager discount? Thank you.
  11. I could be wrong, but I believe the pre and post excursions for these cruises are not available because the ship is embarking and disembarking passengers at every port. We get on in Marseille and are not able to book excursions in Marseille but can in all other ports. This is in response to OP's question.
