  1. In the Theatre i would say around 75% were available and they put on 3 shows per night and for the headliners shows they had 6 performances over 2 nights. The skydome has a area with comfortable seating and the area around the pool has the deck chair or balcony type chairs which i found comfortable for a 40min performance. 95% of seating available in the Clubhouse and i think 100% in Brodies. The clubhouse got full most nights because of the no need to wear a mask. The 8.30 shows in the theatre were the ones that were mostly attended.
  2. It was supposed to be 3 weeks before for us but was allocated 8 days before but do make sure you have the car park booked if travelling by car because CPS was full a week before we travelled and ended up booking a hotel with Parking for 2 weeks.
  3. If anyone really wants to indulge themselves how about paying £40 a day to get access to the retreat! I nearly needed a stiff drink when they told me that. HOW MUCH🥃 Even Dick Turpin had the good grace to wear a mask BUT WAIT they were wearing a mask. lol
  4. The selection was pretty much the same as in the MDRs , cerials, Porridge, fruit Juice Yogurts, Full english breakfast. But not only can you get breakfast in Horizon but also in The Quays on deck 8. Breakfast was until 9.30 am in the MDR s on Port days and until 10am on Sea Days and sometimes people walked in at 9.25 and still got the full breakfast service, we at least had the courtesy to arrive 30 mins before most days. Pearl was the most efficient in our opinion. We did the Buffet for breakfast twice and it wasnt too bad 5 or 6 people queuing and i definitely think they should keep the no self service protocol but then everybody got there own water and coffee by touching the same screen or button but if people were vigilant with hand gels then whats the problem. Someone told us that they maybe stopping children coming on board soon .

  6. We were given a disembarkation time of 11am so booked taxi for 11.30. The captain at 9.45 made a statement that they were ahead of schedule so could all remain passengers disembark now so we got off the ship at 10am luckily managed to rebook cab for 10.45. Walked straight out of terminal with bags no document checks or bag checks encountered. Re seating in main dining room there were groups sitting together and maybe they did ask to be seated together. Samia is a lovely girl on the booking desk in Pearl restaurant and I am sure she will accommodate you if it's permitted. When the WiFi completely crashed on the second formal night a guest we spoke too got his day of WiFi refunded. Don't be shy in asking when something is not right.
  7. Been at sea for 2 days. No announcements on covid cases anywhere. We found the protocols to be effective and it would not stop me booking another cruise in the future. Had a lovely break.
  8. We have never had a problem with main dining room but we normally eat before 6pm. Nice food in olive Grove the other night but kebabs not what I expected. Two solid lumps of meat. Tasty but not nice to look at. The baklava is enough to share.
  9. Yes we had to pay fot test for excursion. Had test yesterday expect result today. £18 each
  10. Today transfer time by shuttle bus in valencia stated as being 70 mins in horizon but took 30 min each way. Today is Sunday so less traffic. First impression of Valencia was shabby with all graffiti. Outside cathedral like a building site. Lovely main town square with fountain. Market closed on Sunday. Had note left in room have to take and pay for antigen test tomorrow for Lisbon in 3 days time. Cost £18 each.
  11. It must be turbo charged lol. We were docked at Dock E and it honestly is a long walk. No local bus available here when we docked. One thing to watch for is the charging for bus. They charged both our cards for return journeys on the way out. Because we got a taxi back had to get reception to credit back so be aware.. No one looked at passports yesterday. The 19 knot vibration happened again last night at the stern aft of the ship. At 18 knots night before it was OK. Weird
  12. They could not use their balconies during that period.
  13. The ship was filled with lng today and the starboard side promenade deck was closed from 10am to 4.30 pm. No smoking in any area of the ship while this was happening.
  14. In Barcelona today. Really to far to walk out of port to centre I would estimate 40 mins. Had to take passports and proof of vaccination off ship. £4pp charge each way for bus or free if in select but a hell of a walk to sagrada familiar from bus drop off point. Taxi cost 16 euro back from sagrada families to ship. Money well spent
  15. Yep agree we walked into Alicante and it took 25 mins to get to beach area and main strip. Tried to use elevator for access to castle but was closed no idea how long for then walked left along mosaic walkway and stopped at bar to the right of macdonalds cafe. 2 beers a Latte and bottle of water 6.40 euros
