  1. Thank you for responding. We have heard back from Sunil and are excited to be only a couple of weeks away from the cruise now. I was just worried that I had done something incorrectly in the way I responded back to him. I am certain they are quite busy. Glad you had such a good experience!
  2. Does anyone have recent experience with Star Class suite Royal Genies? We are booked on the Symphony in less than 2 weeks. We have answered the survey and our Royal Genie, Sunil, sent an initial email introducing himself and letting us know we could now send our questions and dining and show requests directly to him. I have now sent three emails in response with no answer from him. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
