Hello I have not been on a cruise in about 20 years. I remember the little envelopes I was wondering what the prre-paid gratuities covers Does it cover the 20% for the FAS drinks package, or the Specialty dinner package?

I am going on the NCL Encore in Nov. Just wondering are "Mocktails" available on the premium drink package? Thank you
