NCL does provide a shuttle service from the Port to City Center. It was $20.00 pp when we travelled in May. NOTE - this is a good deal as there are very few taxis in Ravenna. While we were lucky and caught a taxi at the cruise pier - thankfully or we would have missed our pre-booked excursion! We had an AMAZING time in Ravenna - the mosaics are mind-blowing and we enjoyed an authentic pasta lunch in an outdoor patio after. We returned to Plaza San Francisco and the Tourist Center to get a cab. NO LUCK. Even the staff at the Tourist Centre couldn’t get a taxi for us. We ended up catching a bus to the train station and luckily caught a cab from there. This is the one port stop I would recommend paying the $20.00 to ensure you have a stress less return to the port.
