Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. mine did not expire til next March but with 3 trips thru January requiring passports, bit the bullet and renewed. Sent mine and my brother's together in a priority mail envelope which they received on March 30th. We paid extra for the expediting and we both received the new ones last Wednesday May 10th.
  2. We did a cruise out of Port Canaveral in Jan. 2020. Stayed at the Hampton Inn in Cocoa Beach. They have a cruise and stay package. They picked us up at the Orlando airport and took us to the hotel. Next morning shuttle to the port. On disembarkation day they picked us up at the ship and took us back to the Orlando airport. Stay included buffet breakfast. One person is free for shuttle, but pay for additional person(s). For 2 of us, total cost for everything was like $240-250 which I found to be very reasonable for what we got.
  3. We had a Bon Jovi band a few years back on our ship. They were excellent. Don't remember what ship it was.
  4. Just got off the 2 week Voyager Arctic crossing and closed at 8:30 every night.
  5. it is 14 days for the cruise. The posting says August 8th. September 5th is the date for unvaccinated passengers to be allowed to sail.
  6. Ok let's confuse people more. This was in an email I received from cruise critic Sunday night. This was listed under Royal. Is A Pre-Arrival COVID-19 Test Required? Beginning August 8, fully vaccinated passengers will not need a test for sailings five days or less. Unvaccinated passengers, and all passengers on sailings six days and over not departing from Los Angeles, Galveston, New Orleans or Europe will still need a pre-arrival COVID-19 test. So if I am reading this correctly, my transatlantic from Copenhagen on September 4th does not require a negative test to board.
