What are the facebook Power Up Points? I do not think I am aware of them

Sign into the Captains Club. Scroll down to MY Cruises and Points, then select Points History

It is not the PUP points that gets you the free bag of laundry. It is reaching ELITE status that does so. PUP only help you reach that status a little sooner.

There is the option to add a missing cruise if you do not see it on the page, just scroll down a bit on the page and the link is there.

The last bag of laundry I had done (stuffed to the max) would have cost over $150 if I had to pay for it. It is a very nice perk that is well used on my longer cruises.

Cannot see the other cruises in the new App. Any ideas how to get them to come up?

No you do not need to fill that in.

Points are usually given around the 14th of the month AFTER you watch the program or answer the questions. So you might get them by the 14th of January.

Is there a charge for the Phantom Bridge Escape Room on Princess Ships? Have any of you experienced it?
