We are going on the NCL Star in October 2024. We are getting our air through NCL. Can we ask for an upgrade with NCL travel (expecting to pay more) or do we have to wait for the air reservations first and then try to get an upgrade through the air provider ? (Example... business class or bulkhead seats). Thanks much

Our cruise ship will be stopping at this port. We are interested in a tour to Bruges. Can anyone suggest one? I did see one but it is a half hour from port. Is it easy to get a taxi at the port? And if soo approx cost to Bruges. Thanks in advance
