I was on the 9 night with you. Another_critic is correct, the face recognition was apparently not working. My husband and I found the painful part to be walking through everyone trying to collect their bags and blocking the walkway. We do self-assist and couldn't understand why they wouldn't have a 'fast track' lane for those not needing to pickup bags, it would have decongested that area.
