Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. I guess I stand corrected. It has been a while since we have cruised but I guess even if I was charge 6 dollars for a pot of coffee and the continental breakfast it wasn't going to break me but they are notorious for the nickle & diming.
  2. You can get coffee and danish/muffins delivered no charge.
  3. Thanks for the answers to my question. I guess I will have to go back to using a travel agent in order to get what we want' We actually prefer club balcony because of the shower rather than a bath tub in the suites.
  4. So what I am saying is I have always been able to see what staterooms were available when selecting anything not sail away. This time I wanted a club balcony but not sail away but it automatically came up as guaranteed and I see no way to bypass that in order to see what decks and staterooms are available.
  5. I was doing a mock booking on the Joy. The sail away was sold out but when selecting the normal club balcony they didn't have the ability to choose a specific room and labeled it as guaranteed! What is up with that??
  6. In the US when in port you just have to pay the taxes which still relieves NCL of the burden. I wonder why they don't handle it that way. I wonder how much per drink it would be. I don't think it amounts to much in the U.S. Or am I confused?
  7. Ha ha ha. Yes I was going to say if you hold off cruising for twenty years they will be covering Nirvana and Pearl Jam. Which I wouldn't mind. I kind of liked the music my kids listened to. Can't say I will want to be cruising 40 years from now though.
  8. I am sure this has been discussed but the search feature isn't working at the moment and I am wondering why on a 14 day trans-atlantic they still only give you 2 free meals for 2? You would think since it is basically twice the cost of a 7 day they would give you twice the percs.
  9. Thanks. I looked again. I just didn't go far enough.
  10. I haven't been on the boards since my last cruise. I went to the NCL website to book a cruise for next January or February and the payment options were pay in full or arrange for monthly payments. What happened to the deposit with final payment 120 days out from cruise?
