If there are no excursion reps on dock, how are you supposed to get to your excursion?

We stayed in B734 on the Royal and loved it. We are sailing on the Enchanted in a couple weeks in E728 and fully expect it to be wonderful as well. Not worried about the lounge, we will probably be down there till it closes anyway lol
