Couldn't agree more about that table!! It *might* hold a couple beers and a small dish of snacks...but that's it. Might fit breakfast for one... Wow...this is not a convincing selling point for booking that Beyond Sky suites...unless you get the aft balcony... Don't think any of the tables from the pool deck would fit...

Hope this is a little clearer... ETA: Oh, and your point about folks stopping gratuities altogether just because of this small increase is even worse!!! That's just terrible!

*IF* they have a central repository (ie, a relational DB), once the Dev & QA work is done, it should be automatic. We're talking a few scripts, some templates, and automatic triggers to populate the forms. It should result in less work and more accurate and consistent product...

I have to agree with you...but I have never seen someone actually buying anything! However, I am completely ignorant of the process... I have seen very few items I like...on any of the lines I've cruised with. The paintings all look rather garish (in general) and many are quite similar in style. I guess I just don't have the proper eye for art 😉

I'm kind of surprised about folks being so concerned if they are affected. It's a $2 a day hike across the board. So for a 14 day cruise you will pay a total of $28 more for your cruise...if you tip. Big deal IMO. I, for one, think they deserve. And I think it would be in poor taste to reduce the amount you normally tip extra in order to make up for such a small amount. But, hey, it's your money... ETA: Note that the last hike was Jan. 6th, 2020...

I'm thinking there is something not right about their payment system. When I made my final payment on a cruise yesterday, it came back and said my card was denied. And then I noticed that I hadn't entered the 3 digit security code. So apparently it tried to charge my card w/o verifying that all the required fields were populated. I entered the code and it processed correctly. That's pretty amateur...

Unlike any Maitre'D I've experienced on *any* cruise line...

I've taken two recent cruises, both on Princess. March, 15 day Ruby Princess to Hawaii RT from SF. About 90% full. I had a great time. June, B2B2B total of 21 days Regal Princess Mediterranean RT from Barcelona (It was amazing!)...about 66%, then 80%, then 70%.

As PTC DAWG said, the prices can and do change, usually up. This is across cruise lines...same thing happened on Princess just this past June.
