We are getting ready for the Wind cruise on 12/22/22. Does anyone know who went already what happens if your suitcase 🧳 weights more than the 50 pounds? Will they let you pay an overage fee? Did they weigh your carry-on bag? Thanks!!

That is fantastic news about Silverseas! We had a good experience with RSSC March 2020 when we were forced to disembark early in Perth Australia because of Covid to make flights back to the US. Thank you for sharing the information with us.

We had already booked this for our December 2022 Antarctica cruise with the hope 🤞🏻 it would be good. There is a large price difference when you go to Medallion so hopefully you will be able to get the suite when you want it. And with other new Expedition ships coming, you never know what your favorite might be. The new Seabourn ships look beautiful. Love to hear how you enjoy your Arctic adventure. That is on our list.

Any photos from the renovated Medallion suite 741? Wondering if they kept the half bath when you enter the suite and what they changed?

Thank you for the recent photos of the Silver Wind especially the bathrooms. We are going to Antarctica ❄️ on the Wind in December. What do you think of the Medallion Suites on Deck 8? Do you think they will be noisy from the grill & bar? I also worry about being on Deck 8 if the Drake passage is rough 🌊? Any thoughts? All photos of cabins are appreciated 😊!!!
