Unfortunately not. There is no mention of any costs in the literature I have been sent other than the monthly fee for the FlexPlus account will remain at £13.

Nationwide have sent me couple of booklets regarding the switch to Aviva. One, entitled FlexPlus Travel Insurance Provider Change, gives details of the changes in cover from the original UK Insurance policy to the new Aviva policy. In this booklet on page2 under the heading Upgrades it states: "Age: You will no longer need to buy a separate upgrade to be covered beyond your 70th birthday. You will be covered automatically." There is no mention of an age limit under this Age heading!

I also applied for a second cruise yesterday (3.40pm) and received confirmation of addition of OBC this morning at 10.30am! Over two days quicker than my previous claim last week! So variable timescales but it's easy and it works - happy days.

Just heard from Stockperks that OBC has been applied to our July booking. Took three days, so not too bad. Going to apply for our October cruise now!

Whilst cruising on P&O Australia's Pacific Jewel in 2018, this towel art was on display in the atrium. Quite amazing.

The Glass House is our favourite on board restaurant and I can honestly say all meals we have had there, both lunch & dinner, have been great. Last year on both our Aurora cruises we used the My Holiday page to book and it worked fine. The position of the restaurant on Britannia & Iona doesn't really bother us - too busy enjoying the food I guess!

We have a bit of a wait until we sail again (June and October, both P&O) but they are holidays we will both enjoy looking forward to next year.

Great news Phil. It's been almost two years since I had a hip replacement and it certainly gave me a new lease of life as it will do for you. An amazing operation that makes such a huge difference to one's lifestyle. Enjoy! Sandra
