Your shore excursion refund will be refunded back to the same digital card and PIN that was used at the time of purchase. You can use the "check card balance" feature to see if it has been refunded. Were your purchased gift cards in increments of $250.00 or $500.00 ? All bonus cards get sent via email so I would think you would have received the email by now. You can call the gift card company (Buyatab Online, Inc.) at 1 833-907-3080 and ask, they were fairly responsive when I've called them in the past.

AARP gift cards are sold in $100 and $500 denominations. A maximum of five cards may be purchased per month. No "bonus cards", you pay $90 for the $100 card and $450 for the $500 card. All cards are digital (not physical plastic cards).

In both cases, funds are returned to the gift card(s) originally used.

Assuming you book a refundable deposit fare (as opposed to a non-refundable deposit fare) and you cancel, the funds will go back to your gift card (not a cash refund).
