  2. 2019 Jan. Panama Canal cruise - Day 17 @ Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

It was the last day of my 18-days Panama Canal cruise on board the Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) Gem ship.

The ship was anchored in the Bay of San Lucas (Bahia San Lucas). A few friends and I took the 1st tender boat to Cabo's beautiful Marina! We had no tours planned as we knew we could find a local tour operator in the Marina as you exit the tender boat docks.

We hooked up with a local boat tour operator for a 1-hour tour of the Bay to see the Arch or El Arco. Negotiated the price down to USD $15 per person. Boarded the "Sex Machine" boat (that's the name of the boat and not what we engaged in - LOL!).

After the boat tour, we requested to be dropped off at the Medano beach - not too far from the Marina. From there, we walked back to the Marina - taking lots of silly photos of ourselves, buying some souvenirs, getting lunch and seeing some nice sights along the way.
