Looking at doing this trip in 2025. Don't want to hijack this post but was wondering how was the visits to Tristan and St Helena?

Hi all Got a Cunard world cruise booked and have an immediate family member who is unwell. Seems like I can leave the ship to fly back home for a funeral but not allowed to reboard a few days later, they will cancel the rest of my cruise. Cunard is telling me due to protocols for each country it visits and covid restrictions. When I asked where I can find those restrictions I was told they haven't been uploaded onto the website yet. I don't plan on cancelling the few days when I won't be on the ship or asking for any refund so can't see why it would be such an issue and wondering if anyone else has had experience with something like that? I get seasick in a bath. Had a VERY rough crossing of the Drake Passage and ended up with the doc or nurse in my stateroom every hour on the hour, was on an IV for the first 2 days, fortunately finally got my sea legs the day we arrived got to Antarctica. Sailed to Pitcairn Island on the supply ship, had the patch, band, and seasickness pills and only threw up once 😄 I also got a shot on the QE2, Phenergan, and it worked a treat - but yes, have the shot at night. Doing a world cruise in 2024 and definitely going to line up for a shot first night just in case.
