  1. Thanks… came to that conclusion. We’ll ask around at the pier for what we’d like… 1 to 2 hour drive around and a few hours at Brewers Bay. I’m sure others have the same idea and it will all work out. Thanks for the advice…much appreciated
  2. No luck…he said he only has big vans $500… no taxis…we just want a two hour cab ride and beach drop off and pick up… I thought it was a taxi company…must have misunderstood. I might try Viator or just wing it and find a cab at the port gate… 😕
  3. Thanks, will try that route. I usually like to do these things via email… written and clear, saves a lot of potential confusion.
  4. We’ll be visiting Tortola in early May and I’ve not been able to contact AC Taxi service via their email addy on their website or via the contact form on the BVI Tourism site. I’ve got tours at 2 other islands booked. Response was not immediate but each one took only 3 or 4 days to confirm the booking. It’s been 2 weeks since my first inquiry with AC Taxi. Is this usual for this company? I would prefer to pre arrange rather than try to sort something out at the pier. Any ideas?
  5. Same with us. Account name/dob were there but address missing. Added address and account came back with full info, intact Captains Circle history, and our 3 future cruises all present and correct. So I agree that there must be several issues at play. All these glitches, plus new Medallion issues are so frustrating!

  7. We’re having the same problem. We reached platinum after our spring cruise. Our captains circle history shows us both as platinum. But when I went to order our medallions I was platinum but DH was still ruby. I was on the phone for almost 2 hours trying to get it corrected. After 45 mins of total frustration she put me on hold and said she need to speak to somebody else. She came back and said that the other person said we didn’t qualify because we only have 4 cruises. I said our CC history shows 5 which is correct. I told her I had my history in front of me and it clearly said 5 cruise, 38 days, platinum. She said I was wrong, and there was nothing she could do. I gave up and emailed the CC desk, and who knows if I’ll get a reply. We’ve got so many issues on this upcoming cruise and we can’t get anyone to help with anything. Very frustrated….like a lot of you.
