Does anyone know where I can get an actual response? I’ve sent emails and phoned without getting my issues resolved because no one answers emails!

On the Pursuit there was no future cruise sales manager. Someone had stepped in and basically relayed everything back to head office. Still waiting for someone to contact me post disembarkation to book with the same questions raised still unanswered. Total shambles. Phoned customer service and was cut off after an hour.

Let’s see if others can shed any light.

My TA in the Uk said the Randox ones you do yourself would be fine. However, I’m reading administered ones must be done? Anyone help with this?

Like most on here, people do not have endless hours to wait on hold. I’ve sent 5 emails to various different departments with definitive answers required. Not one has been answered in 2 weeks. I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with lack of clarity I’m not able to obtain. Can anyone share some advice?
