so we our looking to book a 2 week cruise for a family of 4 on 28th april next year on arvia, we have never been on a cruise before so looking for recommendations for the best place to have a cabin, is it better to be higher up like decks 14,14 or 16 and is midship best because its in the middle? there seems to be a lot of family rooms on mid forward but they seem to be set further back so would this limit our view, we are looking to book a balcony room. would appreciate any help from any one that has been on arvia or iona, thankyou

hi we are looking to book a mediterranean cruise on arvia 28th april next year, could anyone tell me wether it would be better with a port side cabin or starboard cabin to see views of the city when docked in ports, hoping someone who has been on this cruise would know. thanks
