  1. They must’ve been on a different Azura than we were. Every night we went to MDR freedom dining if we didn’t send a meal back one of our table companions did even in the Beach House they we’re getting returned
  2. Had meetings with 4 different managers during the cruise relating to various problems might as well have spoke to the shower curtain at least that wouldn’t have fobbed me off with false promises
  3. That sounds similar to what they were dishing up on Azura, on the menu it came with root vegetables so I asked for extra root vegetables please, lo and behold they brought out broccoli and green beans that hadn’t even seen hot water never mind been in it. I hope your cruise is an improvement but I’m not holding my breath, we’ve got 3 booked on Aurora and aB2B on Iona but we’ve already decided to take the hit and lose the deposit for Iona and booked another with SAGA as we’ve lost all faith in P&O as one of our friends asked them when will they be painting the orange stripe and be renamed easyCruise
  4. We told the maitre’d in the restaurant on Azura pretty much every night the food was being served cold but didn’t make one bit of difference for the 6 weeks we were on her and as for portion size they’d be better fed in a primary school.
  5. We’ve got regional flights as well for the next one that’s worth quite a bit for us living on a rock, can’t come quick enough.
  6. I’m not hesitant in mentioning SAGA we were on over Xmas/New Year couldn’t fault a thing unlike the last few weeks on Azura which were terrible, got 2 more booked with SAGA already. Unfortunately we have a few more with P&O booked already but won’t be booking anymore after them.
  7. A pair of knickers is nothing a couple on Azura last week in Malta returned to their cabin to find two more passengers in it
  8. The new health protocols now include not even having hand sanitizer available at the last two ports when going back aboard

They seemed to have restocked a lot of things in Malta but after a few days of decent meals in the MDR it was back to cold meals last night, they seem to have had a soot problem down aft as well also the decks are lifting in places it doesn’t look like there’s a great deal of maintenance going on we won’t be rushing back on her that’s for sure on the plus side the crew are fantastic can’t do enough for us
  10. Don’t know what the requirements are but a couple who were supposed to disembark in Tenerife had to stay on a couple of days extra as well
  11. Several pax in our chat group have reported testing positive and having to stay on board an extra week maybe this is the reason, something P&O hadn’t thought of perhaps
  12. No mention of anything onboard as yet only all the hot water failed on decks 12/14 last night apparently and still not working we finally got moved from deck 11 aft after toilet problems for 16 days. Along with all the drinks and food shortages having a fantastic time
  13. That’s if it’s available some of the recommended wines aren’t

That’s a big portion last night I had 2 bits of beef and one bit of lamb which were only a mouthful each with 4or 5 chips which were supposedly roasties 3 cherry tomatoes and a bit of gravy and that was MPW menu. Food has been poor for the last fortnight Pinot Grigio is no more Kopparberg no more. Table companions at dinner with the wine package only getting a choice of half the wines on the list I could go on but you get the picture

  16. We did the 35 nighter over Xmas/New Year and had a letter a few days ago apologising for not being sent our pins and bag tags on joining the club which we weren’t expecting as everything we’d seen said it was over 35 nights before you were eligible

Sorry bit late to the thread but can only repeat the comments with regards to P&O, we’ve just done 35 nights over Xmas/New Year and to us it was what cruising should be unlike P&Os current offerings like most others once we’ve taken our already booked cruises with them we won’t be returning, SAGA for us now.

  23. We go the week before you got the outbound flights but still no return yet, just waiting for them to announce Azuras summer season from Southampton 🤦‍♂️😂
