I just booked Aug 2023 10 day San Francisco for my family and kids I have also done one in mid September but the closer to summer the better.

cruising out of SF in 2023 to Alaska. Driving up from Socal the day before. Have a good trip to Hawaii -
My order of preference is Panorama, Miracle, Radiance.

Have done the Panorama in Feb 2020. Doing another 7 day on the Panorama 7 day mexican riviera April 2023 and looking forward to it. It is a beautiful ship. We really liked the Thermal Spa onboard and the Serenity deck even has a salad bar for lunch.

Yes, do it when you get onboard at the bar. You can't buy in advance.

how strict are they on the Radiance 555 steak house for dress rules? Will cargo shorts and flip flops with a t-shirt not be allowed? Do they enforce these rules?

I was told by my Carnival PVP that kids do not need to be vaccinated for Alaska but at this time, they will not be able to get off in Victoria unless that changes. We have Alaska booked for Aug 2023 so I am fairly certain even that rule will be dropped by then.

Does anyone know the boarding start time for Alaska and the last boarding time? Driving up from Socal. I was told there is a parking garage at the terminal for $20 per day so that's not terrible for a 10 day cruise.

I agree. I am not a big fan of Ensenada either. I don't know of any other ports that a 3 day cruise could do in Mexico.

Mexico cartel violence: Tijuana, Mexicali, Rosarito and Ensenada hit by burning vehicles, blockades - ABC7 Los Angeles What will the Carnival Radiance do since the port of Ensenada is closed currently due to this cartel violence? Do they stay out at sea? I thought there had to be an international destination open to port at. Or will they still dock just not allow people off the ship?
