Do I have to supply our own lanyard strap or does it come w our cards?

Any experience with parking availability at terminal ( already paid) and arrival time tips? also is check- in different with an individual w acessiblity needs— wheelchair, dragging hoyer lift/DME? Can we drop off hoyer in our room on embarkation?
