I was on the dreadful cruise! It was an oversold, crowded, noisy mess from start to finish! The 'ATRIUM' was an absolute disaster; the onboard ?shopping was non existent; etc., etc.! I will NEVER book a cruise with NCL again!

Yes, I understand that I leave my (larger) one bag of 'CHECKED' luggage with the porters, BUT I am wondering IF there is a SECURE (designated) location on the 'Getaway' where I would be able to deposit my (roller) 'CARRY-ON' bag, so that I would NOT have to drag it around with me everywhere on the ship; especially in the ?crowded dining venues; UNTIL an announcement is made that our staterooms are ready; (which I have read here on the NCL CCB 'may' not happen until 2:00 - 2:30 p.m.)!

The 'Cruise Documents' that are emailed within a few hours after you have submitted your completed 'Check-In' ALSO is your 'BOARDING PASS', as indicated at the top of the (first page)! There is ALSO a 'BAR CODE' at the TOP RIGHT-HAND SIDE of the first page of the 'Cruise Documents'! 😉

I am 'Gold' Status and I have never received any information from NCL on the process to obtain a 'Bronze', 'Silver' or 'Gold' Lapel Pin! Do I have to contact NCL directly in order to have them mailed to me or are all the pins available on each ship, at 'Guest Services'?
