Do not book the Oceania car transfer for disembarkation to the airport... a lovely, luxury vehicle but $170 for a 15 minute ride (BCN)!

I feel that we got screwed with our 3 free OLife excursions choice because we had 1 port cancelled (at sea), 1 excursion cancelled, and 1 port switched for another/new port (both of these were tenders with rough waters). It got very complicated with swapping out the OLife excursions or getting some kind of credit for them- they would not give us the full value credit of the excursion booked and cancelled due to port changes; we only got $100 OBC. There were other guests upset and haggling with Destination Services on these same issues.

Just got off Nautica and was in 8052 (Port side, mid ship). We had no noise issues whatsoever.

But for $11k, I wanted the fancy delivery... 😁

Our cruise is on Sept. 16th and we are leaving on the 14th... Have not received this yet. Should I be calling them? TIA

Thanks, All - We booked our own flights into Trieste and own hotel in Trieste for night prior to embarkation. I arranged a car service for airport-hotel through my Priority Pass/Amex services.
But how about at disembarkation... if flying on your own booked flights that same day, does Oceania provide the airport shuttle then from ship to airport? I had thought so?

Do people typically grab a taxi once at the airport? Debating arranging a car service ahead of time?

I thought not... Thanks!

Hi there- We are arriving to the cruise departure city the day before embarkation. Will Oceania provide an airport transfer to the (independently booked) hotel? Hotel is just less than a mile from the ship... TIA!

Does anyone know what this means for Trieste to Barcelona cruise as far as the testing prior? I think I need to still get the booster as planned so as not to risk missing a port entry…
Answer found here….

Thank you everyone! I think it is not worth it… The restrictions/intrusions (wind/anchor) make it even less so. If it were just $2-3k, it’d be an easier decision maybe for the interior space and separation.

See my post on Celebrity Versus Oceania. We stayed in both on Nautica last month.
Aloha1- I read your thread! What are your thoughts??

Hi there! Going on our first Oceania cruise next month on Nautica (10 night Trieste - Barcelona). We are currently booked in a PH, but there is a Vista (6002) available. I am tempted but it is $5400 total additional... For any who have stayed in a Vista on the R ships, it is worth it? I have read alot about the negatives associated with the veranda/balcony (wind, bridge/light, etc.)... It is my Mom and me. Does the PH feel essentially like a decent/mid-size hotel room? That is what I am expecting. Any guidance would be appreciated! I think I know my answer but would like to hear more. TIA ! ~Ashley
PRIMA - Club Balcony Suite (forward-facing with large balcony)

Hi there- Does anyone have information on this category as far as the two different layouts that I see... One is on the corner with a wrap-around balcony and an odd room shape, and the other is in the center. I am actually booked on Viva but I know that ship hasn't sailed yet, and Prima is alike. I am trying to decide between my booked suite 11702 and whether to switch to 11106 ?
Appreciate any insights!
