  1. I bought an annual plan with Allianz and unfortunately had to file a claim for our New Years cruise due to covid. I submitted all the paper work including a script from my doctor that showed I was Covid positive. I would like to rebook my cruise for April and am actually going to Upgrade my cabin but I can’t do so until I get my refund. I really don’t want to miss out on this cruise. How long has the refund times been for Allianz? Should I just book the cruise anyway? I am worried if I do … what happens if my claim is denied? I had to make a smaller claim with them for trip delay due to the storms the week before that. I think I got covid at the airport.
  2. I bought an annual plan from Allianz… I am still waiting to find out if my two claims will go through. It’s been about 10 days since I filed.
