  1. Yes, you will need the app to make reservations for the shows. As far as the start of availability is concerned, they do vary per cruise. I would say for now keep an eye out one month before your departure.
  2. When we went on the Liberty last LATE October in favor of New England and Canada, the only part of the ship that was cold was the Ice Skating area. For the other areas, the A/C didn't run at all. The ship will run the A/C and heat depending on the outside temperatures and locations. If you are sensitive about cold temperatures from the outside, I suggest NOT sitting in areas where a door is nearby and opens, resulting in a blast of cold air rushing in.
  3. Adding to this, when I was on a 9 day Canadian/New England cruise last October, we didn't see and hear any rowdy behavior at all. I guess longer durations AND cooler/colder destinations come into play.
  4. Yeah, just that soft-serve machine in the pool decks. No hard ice cream in the buffets at dinner time. You can free ice cream in the main dining room after dinner any night and during MDR's lunchtime on port days. - All Liberty
  5. Yes, everything will be there as soon as you board and connect to the ship's WIFI (free to connect only for the app). In order to communicate with anybody through the app will cost you an extra $5. Bon voyage!
  6. Request through the app. You will be notified when your table is ready. You may have to wait for several minutes until your table is ready.
  7. I had it on my last cruise as well back in April. As what some others have said, mine also contained chia seeds.
  8. Get the internet package and then stream it on the YouTube. There will be several channels there that will stream the debate for no additional charge. Carnival doesn't have any good news channels (at least during the last time I went), so Internet package plus YouTube will be your best option.
  9. If you have anytime dining, you can request one through the Hub app when you check in. It's possible you may end up waiting for a bit until your table is ready. If you have fixed time dining, you will need to speak to the dining team on Day 1 immediately when their desk opens up.
  10. Yeah just cancel and rebook immediately at your new desired available time. I had to do that for an Italian restaurant on the Venezia.
  11. I've seen on the social video channels highlight clips about the 70s and 80s nights on the Odyssey, particularly in the Music Hall nightclub. What's your departure date for the Odyssey?
  12. Don't forget about all the long lines just to go down the slides during the time I went. Once was enough for me.
  13. I've had better luck with the website via Chrome. Sometimes the website freezes with Edge on my end.
  14. Sorry, all gone! Case in point when I was on the Liberty back in June. Now it's Royal's own brand called Sugar Beach. Read more here: Royal Caribbean and Ben and Jerry's
  15. The water slides will be open whenever the temperatures are above 50F. You're sailing South, so you shouldn't have to worry about temperatures falling below the 50F threshold.
  16. Usually it's 48 hours, but be sure to read the fine print in case they decide to change the deadline for full-refund cancellations. I booked a Jetski excursion pre-cruise, but cancelled 48 hours ahead due to weather-related concerns (too cool for me to jetski). Got a full refund during the next day.
  17. The Snack Shack at South Beach there serves burgers, chicken sandwiches (in which I enjoy), fries, salads, brownies, and cookies. A drink station that dispenses fruit flavored waters are available nearby as well.
  18. What happens in Quest stays in Quest! Yeah, this show ain't for the easily offended.
  19. They had Quest on the Venezia back in April.
  20. Usually that's much later in the sailing, either 2nd to last night of the cruise or the final night of the cruise. Woo, never underestimate the craziness that occurs in Crazy Quest!! 😜
  21. We always chill at South Beach. More laid back than other parts of the Island with great food at no extra charge at that spot.
  22. I noticed as of this morning they discounted a lot of shore excursions for CocoCay...just about everything EXCEPT Hideaway Beach. No way am I paying around $70 for that!
