  1. ..... if they aren't just visit Guest Relation and join the queue to Cancel your Gratuities. So Simple...
  2. Choose a good on-line Travel Agent for the best deal. If you cancel you will lose your deposit even before 90 days. Price drops are extremely rare on MSC as prices are already rock bottom, prices usually increase the near to sail you book. Choose a YIN cabin if available, Yacht Club is the best cruising experience and sell out quickly.
  3. If you book 6 months ahead Voyager members get 5%+5% discount. Booking 12months ahead you get €50obc on top of 5%+5%. You get all these discount if you book via a travel agent .....we usually get at least another 7-9% discount from the TA.
  4. It is so simple to book just tell the concierge desk in YC
  5. For a little clarity, do you realise that to eat every night in the specialty restaurants aboard MSC will cost you under £250 for your recent cruise. Specialty dining aboard Celebrity £56pp, MSC £37pp, Princess £45pp, P&O £28pp. Of course P&O epicurean is no comparison to Celebrity Murano.
  6. YOU must be joking. Just disembarked Equinox, far from relaxing with many unruly children the worst of all were American teenagers with total disrespect for everyone
  7. Read these reviews/comments with a pinch of salt. If you pay for Prosecco don't expect Champagne.......
  8. We recently returned from a cruise on Celebrity Equinox, probably spent double what people paid aboard Virtuosa. Ship was full with exactly the same comments ....poor food quality, lack of sunbeds, lots of unruly children. If you want a memorable cruise you need to pay a lot more than the typical MSC fare. Next time try the MSC Yacht Club, that is exceptional, probably the best experience we've ever had cruising in the last twenty years.
  9. Like everything on Celebrity - the bottom line dictates profit comes before quality.
  10. Just off Equinox the the food in OVC is unfortunately continuing the downward trend. The Vanilla ice cream is now pink, the corn flakes are made from cardboard and the OJ is almost just water. Apparently that's the way European like it, what bull****. Celebrity's drive to improve the bottom line has sunk to an all time low. Bye bye Celebrity it's getting too much, your rating should now be 3 star no greater.
  11. Do you know which specialty restaurants are open for lunch on sea days ?
  12. Are Celebrity still allowing people to play cards in the OVC when many are looking for a table?
  13. P&O is similar standard to Carnival, don't build up your hopes too high. Best of Luck.......
  14. See your Port Loads......overnight in La Spezia is ideal for CinqueTerre and see the iconic historic villages. Make sure you visit on first day as P&O mammoth ship arrives on the second day. https://www.cruisetimetables.com/portloadscelebrityequinox-11jul2024-20jul2024.html Look after the ship as we join Equinox on 20th at Civitavecchia
  15. Just a heads up........ your cruise itinerary is all EU ports of call hence you will be charged VAT (20-22%) on everything you spend onboard. You can avoid this additional charge by buying pre-cruise anything like specialty dining, drinks packages etc.
