if it was me i would be having a PCR test and nothing else

That way your getting onboard imagine have an antigen and then an argument at the port about what website and emails say etc etc

    PCR - Save yourself hassle

We have booked a pcr guaranteed next day result that will be in the 48 hour window

Rather that than have hassle at port

It certainly looks like MSC want to stop those from the UK and Ireland traveling, if that's their plan then make no more bookings with them. We now have cruising apartheid!

I think msc has decided is let uk and ireland passengers to sail but with restriction after restriction to put them off sailing

MSC then dont have to actually cancel and refund those passengers when they decide to cancel themselves

I booked a MSC cruise several months ago.  Then I started lurking on this board and reading all the information.  And now I wish I had not booked this cruise.  Because I didn't book the Yacht Club.

So many posts say the only way to cruise msc is in the yacht club.  That they wouldn't do any other cabin.  Questions about regular cabins get answers about the yacht club.  It's mostly yacht club in the subject lines of posts.  Its yadda yadda yadda yacht club.

I feel like a 2nd class guy who is going to have a 2nd class, lousy time.  Sorry if I sound bitter, but a lot of the posts here have made me feel that way.

All I ever see as well

I have never been yacht club and never will

I like to cruise at least twice a year if I went yacht club couldn't go once a year

Tried balconies, tried outside, always go back to insides, because we're only ever in our room to sleep, shower and get changed.

Always too busy out and about on the ship or in port.

A cruise is what you make of it

It doesn't matter what sort of cabin you have.

If you want Yacht club go for it

    If you don't, don't

    Just have fun

  4. We were on divina in the med in 2013,iced water at dinner was not provided, if you wanted water with dinner you had to pay for a bottle, do they still do this on the caribbean itenaries

  5. thanks for info 6pack and cnd csr but tried that and doesn`t give me option of cruise preferences. maybe a uk thing or possibly because its my first princess cruise. will just ask steward when we get on. May let me do it after we`ve been on cruise

    thanks again

  6. You can preorder the robes on your personilizer, if not in the cabin on your arrival, ask the room steward and he/she will get them for you.

There is a change machine in the laundry room so you do not need to take quarters - or get change at the Pursors desk. I think the cost was $1 each for washer, dryer and detergent (but it may have gone up), you might want to consider taking the 3 in 1 laundry sheets instead of using detergent.

You can take a bottle of wine pp onboard at every port.

Hope this helps and enjoy your cruise!

can`t find this option on cruise personalizer (maybe i`m not too bright) can you tell me where i can find it

  7. Hi Guys,

We are booked on the Oasis, do you have any idea if we are entitled to use both the Concierge lounge and the Diamond lounge ? - we will not be staying in a suite this time and will be in a standard outside cabin...just curious!

    Thanks,

    J
