Oosterdam in Aug very difficult to get our 2 free dinners. Guest Services said go to Pinnacle. Pinnacle said to go to Guest Services. Finally the host who was the partner of the Hotel manager made it happen. Shouldn't have to spend our time doing this.
We were not able to use the app on our old phone. We never new if we were booked on an excursion, where to meet, when or if it was changed or cancelled. They just kept saying they were paperless!
Can anyone share terminal info especially lines for mobility impaired passengers. Does anyone know at what time you can drop off luggage?. Any info will help.
