As with just about any issue, calling back usually yields a different answer.

I logged into my account shows I went from Diamond to now Pre-Gold. Logged out and tried to login again now it says my account is unavailable.

Enjoying your review we will be sailing on her very soon. I am glad to see the prices of the photos at Chankanaab have gone down considerably. We did the Dolphin swim a few years ago and they wanted $300 for the disk.

I received an email this am from RCI re make the most of your holiday with cruise planner for excursion and package bookings.
As we are going away next week and returning a few days before our cruise (in 3 weeks). I thought I’d check out excursions and print setsail passes. I’m in Australia.
As with many on this thread - gridlock!
Tried iPad, home computer and even tried ringing and unable to even make contact with RCI.
Changed to email address and new password as current
user name and password no longer worked.
Will wait a day or two and try again.
At least I have my email with the guest ticket booklet with all our details but a bit worried about other cruises we have booked and in my cruises.
Try using your email instead of your username.

You can see your dining times if you can get to your cruise calendar. That’s where I saw our dining times that say at your leisure. I guess I was hoping they would get this website fixed. I guess not. [emoji17]

I've tried logging in to my account the past 5 days and it keeps telling me that my password is wrong and its not.....so I tried recovering my password and went thru that whole process.....made a new password and STILL won't let me login
Is it a glitch for anyone else or just me? I tried just being patient for the new website glitches and what not, but I don't want to have to call tech support and wait forever on the phone,...but if thats what I must do.....
Just didn't know if it was just me?

I’m having the same problem. I was directed to change my password on their updated webpage and now I can’t get in. I’m getting the same message. I know they are rolling out a new site so I figure there are glitches but I’ve tried for two days.

Now I finally get to the cruise planner in a roundabout way. Only to see that all of my my time dining times now say “at your leisure”. How can this be such a screwed up mess!!!!

Ok, I got in with the reset the password thing.
BUT it doesn't have my C&A number! I don't know it because it's always been on the website!! Help!!!
Your number should be on the booking confirmation guest copy.

I did that. I get a white screen with the anchor and a blue circle that spins and does nothing. Then another time I get another screen to login again and it just goes back to the dashboard.
