With no further details and known indication which ship it was, I’m inclined to believe that this thread should be ignored until there is further corroboration

The production cast usually consists of 4 singers, 2 singer/dancers and 8 dancers.
The 2 singer/dancer positions are being cut fleetwide.
The songs they usually sing will now be done by the 4 singers.
That’s very different from your table of “no more singers and dancers “

Such things depend on port facilities, as well as tides.

Refilling your water bottle by placing it under a spigot is definitely frowned upon. What you should do instead is fill a water glass and then Transfer the liquid into your personal water bottle, and there are signs to that effect on the water stations in the ocean view Café buffet area

Hi All. We are new to Celebrity and was interested in knowing if they offer Luggage Express at the end of your cruise like HAL?
Celebrity has Luggage Valet out of Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Seattle.

I also got this mail.
But I maybe do have OBC, at least in my booking confirmation it is stated:
NOPERKBOGO60"No perk" sounds unhappy, but "Bogo60" sounds promising. Anyone who knows, what this cryptic word means?
bogo is “buy one get one”. In this case the 60 means that the second passenger paid less than the first by that amount.
it has nothing to do with on board credit.

I doubt if anyone here can tell you why Celebrity has the policy it has. I can only suggest that if the non-alcohol package has so many things that you don’t want, you should just pay as you go and buy sodas independently and individually.

Before blaming Celebrity, I would go back to the 3rd party vendor. Where did the money go? What does it show on a credit card statement? What proof do you have the vendor sent the money or sent it correctly?
I am also wondering if this is the first time the ladies have cruised. You can check your reservation on the website or app. Did anyone bother to check prior to the night before the cruise or any time before you left home? When you got an error message, did you call the vendor?
Celebrity has said it is their fault, per post #1

Jelayne has asked lots of important questions, to which I will add one more. Prior to the night before the cruise, had you tried to access your reservation on the website or the app?

The original post stated “in addition to the refund”…….

I would submit a claim with the insurance company and see how they handle it.

Here on the Celebrity threads, people are hoping that Celebrity will return to Puerto Rico

Silhouette is my favorite ship. I just finished three cruises back to back to back, 12 days each, so 36 days sailing on her in an ocean view room. From the hotel Director down, the staff is uniformly, friendly, efficient, and hard-working. The ship is in great shape. I love lawn club grill. The sky lounge has not been cut down as it has been on reflection. Go for it.

Amazon has cruise ship approved plugs
They might as well claim that they are space ship approved or campervan approved or ferryboat approved. It’s just blather

This is the second thread you have made about this. Perhaps the answers are here

Well we got our email from our retreat concierge and it turns out the boarding time does start until 3pm. Question was asked above. Nov 2 summit out of PR. Blurb from the email.
The Celebrity Summit is scheduled to set sail at 8:30 pm. Boarding for your sailing will begin at approximately 3 pm and close promptly at 7 pm.

And remember that results may take several hours or even several days to be known

You don't understand. Disembarking after a cruise segment and then having ti recheck in, getting a new sea pass card, and re-embarking does resolver any issues. Weather what the OP describes aa being relevant to the Jines Act is a different issue. re
I am afraid you are mistaken. Getting off the first cruise and checking in for the second cruise as long as you are on the same ship does not resolve the issues.
take a look at the situation described in post #8. If what you said is correct there would have been no problem, but in fact, there was a problem and that itinerary was not allowed.

We cruised hawaii to California last year, our “distant foreign port” must have been mexico. Not arguing, but how is that different than vancouver canada?
You cruised California-Hawaii-California, right? Closed loop with a foreign port.

Perhaps this is the start of an “I miss the……” thread.?
I miss the a capella quartets and the desserts displayed on a tray in the MDR and the palate cleansing sherbet. Stuff like that?
