well not sure it is an actual coupon but elites (on X) get three drinks per evening maybe just showing sea pass between 5 and 7.

You must not have sailed on Celebrity  for a long time. The three drink limit went away.  Now it is unlimited drinks, but only from this menu.

  2. Celebrity did away with the actual paper coupons quite some time ago.

If your status is elite above, the happy hour is available from 5 to 7 every night, including embarkation Knight. This is a recent addition..

  3. You will need to ask the

future cruise booking office. They are the ones that choose the promotions. sometimes there’s a bottle of wine, sometimes it’s just bright orange luggage strap, sometimes nothing at all. It varies ship by ship and cruise by Cruise.

  4. If you go over the basic package price, you only pay the difference plus gratuity.

From 5 to 7, there is a set menu.  if you order anything other than that menu, you’ll be using your drink package.

There is no specific lounge. The bars where you can use your drink package will be listed on a paper given to you in your state room on boarding day.

Here is the set menu for elite happy hour drinks

Seeing as this old thread has been bumped, I'm going to hijack it to ask my own question about the Concierge class welcome lunch.  It's a hypothetical at the moment, as I'm waiting to hear if I've won my move up bid.

On my cruise, a welcome lunch won't be possible as boarding starts at 2.30pm for an 8pm sailing.  Would Celebrity offer an alternative perk for Concierge class?

No.  There is no alternative perk.
