  1. I'm recently off the Silhouette and could not book the Porch in advance, but I was able to make reservations through the app once on board. Availability was not an issue.
  2. The easiest way I have found is to click the link in the email confirmation you received after placing your move up bid. Alternatively, you can also try accessing Move Up from the Manage Reservation link online. Sometimes the link is there, but other times not.
  3. Thanks for your insights and optimism. I think the chances are slim that I'll win an upgrade at this point as the bids have been locked for 10+ days with all but the one bid in an expired status. The one pending bid is still frozen and doesn't allow any modifications.
  4. I submitted move up bids for several different suite categories on an upcoming cruise. I noticed when viewing my bids about a week ago that the status of one bid is Pending while the others are showing Expired. The one bid that’s in pending status can’t be edited. There do not appear to be any suites available in that category, but there are other suite categories available, including some that I submitted bids for. Unless a last-minute cancellation comes in, it would seem that an upgrade is a longshot at this point, but curious if anyone had a similar experience?
  5. Thanks for posting this. I had previously booked several shore excursions as part of a prior flash sale, but still saved quite a bit by rebooking them all. It seems the current "base" price decreased from the price when I originally booked, so it pays to check!
  6. I had the same issue on a new all-included reservation I made online and paid in full upon booking. The following day I received a notification email that a significant balance was due - almost equal to what I had already paid. I called in, spoke with an agent who cleared it up, stating that the "system" had removed several of the discount line items. A couple of days later I received another notification for a balance due. This time it was for the same amount as the gratuities. I called in again and was told that had I not called it would have cleared up on its own, but they were able to take care of it then. Needless to say, I am hanging on to all those confirmations!
  7. To our surprise, our "small group" excursion last week in Costa Rica was somewhere around 35.
