Have never had a problem with a Value Trip reservation. Don't be surprised if you don't hear anything from them for a week to 10 days. Once you get their confirmation you deal directly with the hotel. Meaning you can call them to check on your reservation, and you contact them to cancel. Your card is not charged until you stay.

Have stayed at both. Holiday Inn is about ,5 miles east of Publix. Hyatt Place is about .4 miles west, taking the shortcut. I would make my decision based on cost.

Has anyone been able to figure out how to see all of the cruises they have booked on the new Princess app?
On my phone, I hit Profile in the lower right, and it comes right up.

What happens if next day you notice that out of the 20 drinks both me & the hubby consumed the day before, 17 have been allocated to his medallion and only 3 to mine?
It depends on which ship you are on. It's happened to us a few of times, mostly the first day when bartenders are so busy. They have removed the charges all but one time. That time I had 16 charges, and my wife had three. They told me to make sure to get both medallions charged next time.

· A drop box at guest services. I had three forms to turn in. Each time I had to hand it to someone at the desk. A drop box seems like a no brainer. Shore Excursions, Future Cruise Sales and the Wake Show each have one.

· The principal enrichment speaker, after the third sea day. Pat McCormack was lined up to speak on each of the five sea days but vanished after three lectures.
-
· Paper napkins.

People were setting bags out hours before the crew begin removing them.

Have seen a drop box at Guest Services on some ships.
The speaker (singer, entertainer, waiter, etc.) disappeared. Can you say covid.
They are trying to do away with paper products. They have a tendency to blow overboard.
We always run a pool to guess the earliest bag sighting the last day. Earliest was 2:30.

At first I thought it might be the Victoria Park Hotel, off Sunset.
Victoria Park Hotel | Fort Lauderdale | North Beach Village Resort (thevictoriaparkhotel.com)
After reviewing the video on the website, I'm pretty sure it's not.

I believe that I read the eclipse will be moving 1500 miles an hour. Figure out how far you will be from Hawaii to know how much earlier to start looking. The partial is from about 6:30 am till 8:00 am HST. Then you have to figure out what time zone you are in. Oh my.

I have Princess Plus, and for some stupid reason, because that was included as part of a promotion, they won't let me upgrade to Premier.
If you really want Premier, I would try to upgrade once onboard.

Have you seen some of those cabins with four people in them. It looks like six times the work.

How do I set up 2 tables of six next to each other for the entire cruise at the same table and time each night?
Make reservations for your party of 12 in the dining room of your choice, and the time of your choice. The app will indicate something like "various tables", instead of "private table for 12". The first night tell the Head Waiter your wishes for same tables and servers. This usually will take care of your needs. I would do this soon after the dining room opens.
About a year ago, we had a Head Waiter was not too cooperative for our party of eight, although we had the same table five of the seven nights. The cruise before that we had a party of 14 and that Head Waiter went out his way to get us a table for six next to a table for eight for the whole week. We also set some guidelines for seating. You could not sit next to the same person as the night before, except for your significant other. Also, change tables once in a while.

My question is, just where on the ship will I find these Deserts
On Grand class you get them at Coffee & Cones or Scoops. Royal class the Gelato on deck 5.

Our MDR waiters have our drinks ready for us when we are seated.
This is the advantage of having the same servers every night. It's always nice to sit down to the drink of your choice.

You can also ask the front desk for tokens and do your own. If you send out, the charge will appear on your account, but then credited, so don't panic, as I did.
Not true on all ships. Ask at Guest Services.

Here's a link to the water taxi: https://watertaxi.com
I don't ever remember the Sun Trolley going to the airport.

I know that this is often the practice for anytime or mytime dining, but we want fixed early dining with the same table and wait-staff. Any idea? Thanks!
Princess now has Dine MY Way, or DMW to many. You can still get that Traditional Dining experience, but it requires some effort on your part. First, book your dining time, and location using the APP. Then, once you board go to the dining room of your choice and time. Once seated ask to talk to the Head Waiter, and tell him of your wishes. This has worked well for us on 10 of 11 cruises we've taken since the start-up. The other time the Head Waiter was somewhat less cooperative. We did have the same table five of the seven nights.

1. There are 4 aft elevators. The outer two go up to Skywalkers. The inner two stop at deck 17 by the youth center with stairs that go up to deck 18.
3. I never really see too many hanging out on the bar stools of the Outrigger Bar. It's not really that type of bar. The bar stools are fixed in place.
1. There are four aft elevators. The outer two go up to deck 19. The inner two go to deck 18. Hence, they all go to 18, or Skywalkers. Deck 19 is Princess Links and Center Court.
3. The bar stools are no longer fixed. They are a standard bar stool, with backs.

so the other half dont get charged pre cruise?
That's correct. The APP doesn't always work the way it should. We always wait until we board for our reservations. You can pay now, and get your refund once you board. Just remember that the refund will be in On Board Credit, not applied to your credit card.

There is a possibility when you get close to final payment date some cabins may be returned by TA’s.
Only 45 days until cruise. Final payment is long gone. Website says Sold-Out. There might be a slim chance getting on the waitlist. By the way, we were waitlisted about two weeks after bookings started.

Lets hope that that is not the case out of Manhattan.
May want to check this, as Princess usually sails from Brooklyn.

It will be used once connected to the Intranet. The purchase will be charged to your folio.
Assuming the APP works the way it is supposed to.

Thanks for the responses. Will look at that for sure. Hoping to do a little mall shopping too 😉
One of the Water Taxi stops is the Galeria Mall. Closest place to catch the taxi is the Hilton Marina, stop #4. The mall is stop #7.

This may be true, but they quite often increase the daily rental fee if not returned to same location.
