  1. Is there a link to go to identifying the location on the ship you will muster? Specifically the Allure of the Seas.
  2. I don.t know who is currently on the Allure. I am doing a B2B on Sept 22 and Sept 29. I requested information from RCI about who will be on board those 2 weeks. The information they gave me stated that Assata would be our Activities Manager.
  3. Who has sailed the Allure Eastern and Western lately? Do you have copies of the daily compass? Need help finding out the current formal nights on the Allure of the Seas
  4. BTW thanks for the great review For several years the last night comedy routine was PG This is my 3rd year of doing a B2B (9/22 & 9/29)on the Allure. So it's interesting to hear .it has changed. I wonder if Royal is catering less to families since the separation with Dream Works. Or they have been observing that a show at 10:00 PM on the last night really doesn't attract a lot of families with kids.
  5. Actually making reservations in the Theater on the last night is misleading. It is the same comedians but it is a PG version. It is not the Adult show and on all the cruises I have been on they were not checking for reservations to get in. Yes you can make a reservation for it but it is not necessary. My first cruise on an Oasis class ship was a disappointment when the only time slot left to reserve for the Comedy was day 7 and when I watched it it wasn't the adult version. Remember this is he evening of day 7 and suitcase night.
  6. You can only reserve 1 time slot. RCL usually saves some slots for on board passengers to reserve. First thing after boarding go to the On Air Club to see if you can make reservations for any of the shows you would like,
  7. If you are a Star Wars fan this might be an option ritzieja1@gmail.com Mon, May 6, 12:18 PM https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g147347-d2299951-r283883526-Yoda_Guy_Movie_Exhibit-Philipsburg_Sint_Maarten_St_Martin_St_Maarten.html
  8. Bob I must be a slow learner. I keep looking at my Cruise Planner for my September cruise on the Allure and can't find how to link to any photo options packages. Can anyone help guide me through the Planner?
  9. If your plan is to carry all your luggage off the ship yourself.you should be OK. You need to be ready and waiting to disembark at 7:00 AM. You have a good chance to be off the ship between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Going through customs by 8:30 AM and a 20 minute cab ride to the airport. You should be at the airport between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM.
  10. The Allure is a great ship and the entertainment is the best. Will you be doing a LIVE report? Have a great cruise. We are doing a B2B on her in September.
  11. They still have the competition Most nights there is Karaoke but it is mostly open and just for fun. As stated before if you enjoy watching get there early. Many nights it is SRO.
  12. We always do early traditional dining. On our cruises on the Allure there will be MTD guests frequently seated in our area. This is primary due to tables letting their waiters know the night before that they will be eating elsewhere the next night.
  13. Dining habits on a Transatlantic Independence cruise and an Oasis class cruise to the Caribbean are totally different. Different crowd dynamics and entertainment concerns.
  14. IMO I would give priority to Dinner reservations over an ice show. To see almost any of the ice shows you can get in by using the standby method. Which will allow you to be seated 15 minutes before the show. The only downside is that you will not find 19 seats together.
