  1. https://www.oceaniacruises.com/sites/default/files/2023-04/general-bar-menu-oceania.pdf This is for the regular bar menus... https://www.oceaniacruises.com/sites/default/files/2023-01/Oceania-Premier-Spirits-Menu.pdf This is for premium spirits that are not included in any package
  2. Since this is at the front end of the ATW and many ATW cruisers will be boarding in LAX, it will be like any other Panama Canal cruise. O will not start their ATW special events until all of the ATW cruisers have boarded in LAX. You will enjoy this cruise - we have done the Panama Canal with O twice and are going to be onboard for VISTA's inaugural Panama Canal cruise.
  3. That is true and if that is the most important aspect of a positive cruising experience than Oceania is probably not a good choice for your cruising...
  4. Nothing better than to have the phone ring in the morning and be greeted with "Good Morning Mrs. S, I am on my way with your breakfast"
  5. You order from room service and, generally, your butler will bring the food, The specialty restaurant orders are done with your butler when you coordinate the timing of your dinner, We always would communicate with our butler a few days ahead and make sure the day we were thinking, they do not already have lots of in suite dinner orders. They use to bring you the specialty dining menus but I believe they are on the TV now.
  6. Thanks for the clarification
  7. Can you please give details of what you found confusing wen viewing your account on the TV so we can be prepared for this - we have not found it confusing in the past so perhaps O has changed up viewing the account on the TV. TIA
  8. If you can find another cruise that has an itinerary close to yours and click on it and then click on "ports and excursions" you will find excursions and pricing - https://www.oceaniacruises.com/pacific-coast-cruises/los-angeles-to-los-angeles-REG230927/port-ensenada-ENS/?voyageday=2&sr=%2fcruise-finder%23time_frame%3d2023-9%26ship%3dREG%26duration%3d*-7%26sort%3dfeatured%3adesc%26page%3d1%26pageSize%3d10#all
  9. Or you have a TA that sends you the Cruise Only price and the price with the O Life Perks and what the perks are for that sailing......that is the TA I book with
  10. If O said on more than one occasion from different reps that it is there, I am sure it is. Did you book direct or with a TA?
  11. WOW - interesting in all our cruises on O, our NCL stock OBC has always shown up on our guest invoice prior to embarkation. It was just applied to 2 Fall cruises on Vista and it is reflected on both guest invoice already. Sorry you are having trouble... Promotional Amenities Amount - US$150 US$150 American Express Platinum Shipboard Credit * $150.00 - US$150 US$150 American Express Platinum Shipboard Credit * $150.00 - OLife Choice Free House Select Beverage Package - OLife Choice Free House Select Beverage Package - US$125 Shareholder Shipboard Credit * $125.00 - US$125 Shareholder Shipboard Credit * $125.00
  12. Have you asked your TA to send you an updated copy of your guest invoice from O? It will be listed under amenities on this.....we always receive a copy of our guest invoice a few weeks before each cruise and print off to take with us.
  13. If you are looking for a wide promenade with loungers lining the deck, I doubt you will find this on Oceania or most newer ships.....Oceania ships offer lots of quiet, outer spaces scattered all over the upper decks with loungers for the views of the ocean, etc
  14. There usually are loungers in all open areas of the deck.....if you do not find some in the area you want, you can always ask for some to be brought (unless it is a safety hazard)
  15. I recommend that you read the photo review of the christening cruise by steamboats - she has a very detailed photo review plus lots of details -
  16. No I have not but he can upgrade once onboard so you can have the Select package and, if you find it does cover his drinks, you can upgrade.
  17. If all of the cabins in A are the same price then if you book an A4 you are upgraded to an A1....also you will often see an ocean view priced the same as a verandah or a verandah priced the same as the Concierge Verandah.....it is pretty clear when you look at the pricing....it states "up to a 4 category upgrade" and that is what you find in the pricing.
  18. Thank you so much for taking your time for this extensive review.....did you or anyone you know go to the Founders Bar and try any of their drinks? Pricing and are any included on the Prestige Package? There was promotion of a mixology cart - did you see this and/or is it up and functioning yet?
  19. Thanks - I already did and asked Mauibabes (but he doesn't drink and did no go to Founders Bar)......I am sure someone who is sailing will update all of us on the mixology drinks and if they are included on the Prestige Package.
  20. Thank you - I have seen, and posted the bar menus, for the general bars but I have not seen the one for the Founders Bar on VISTA with their mixology drinks. That is new and so not posted on website nor, have I found, on any of the VISTA reviews....
  21. Sometimes Penthouses are sold out so nothing available to upgrade to.....
  22. I was talking in general not Lisbon specific....we usually have a late breakfast, early lunch and head over to the ship, grab a cool drink and find a nice, quiet area to relax and celebrate the start of another wonderful adventure onboard Oceania..
  23. Even just waiting until 12:30 - 1PM has resulted in a leisurely check-in and boarding
