Don't know what cruise line you are on, but I think the protocol is the same for all cruises leaving Civitavecchia. A negative antigen test within 2 days of boarding is required. Your boarding day DOES NOT count as one of the days. So if your ship is departing on a Saturday for example, then you can have the test on Thursday or Friday. Hope that helps you.
