  1. Mystery solved! I did again what @skynight said but this time, instead of just stopping. at future cruise credits (where I only saw my one FCD), I actually clicked on Details. I saw that Princess used my FCC for a payment towards my one booked cruise. It had been on my account for a month as FCC. It was there yesterday. I didn't ask my TA to use it because my final payment isn't due until near the end of March and didn't know if I canceled the cruise if I would lose it. Does anyone know if I would get it back if cruise is canceled?
  2. I don't have the credit ID number but I DO still have the letter from Guest Services which says I will get $xxx FCC to be used by August x, 2025. It was supposed to have been applied to my account but when it wasn't I emailed customer relations with a photo of the letter. They called me SAME day! Apologized and said the ship never forwarded the info.
  3. I hope it is back tomorrow! I received a written letter from the ship and they said it would be posted. It never was so I had to contact consumer relations by email who called me back that same day and put it on my account. Not pleased it is now missing.
  4. I have some FCC that was given to me by Princess for the time I was in quarantine due to Covid. It was to be used within one year (til August 2025). It was there yesterday but I just logged in and it is GONE! Anyone else have some FCC missing? I will check later and tomorrow morning in case it is a glitch.

  6. I don't blame you for getting off the elevator, however, cabin mates don't have to quarantine. They didn't even tell my dh to wear a mask (although he was already doing it so maybe that is why).
  7. I had Covid on my cruise this past August. Without asking, guest services gave me a paper explaining I would get FCC for $xxx due to quarantine between x time and x time. I didn't question the amount. I did have trouble getting the FCC because it wasn't on the personalizer. I ultimately (about 2 weeks after cruise) contacted Princess. They had me send an email to customer relations which I did. They called me back, that day! Apologized and put the FCC onto my account. Apparently the ship never did what they were supposed to do and that is why it was never there.
  8. Unfortunately there is no way to know how prevalent it is after a cruise. Even on the cruise too many people don't test and they mingle around the ship thinking they just have a cold. They don't care if it is Covid because to their thinking it is "just a cold".
  9. I tried again but I still got the error message. Instead of my credit card I tried dh. It worked! So now I show my default credit card as his. I checked his phone (he has an old one he rarely uses) and he does not have the princess app which means our cruise we just took in August we bought the wifi on princess.com because we bought two (so our cousin could use his and pay us half price). Anyways, on my app it shows dh credit card but when I click on my name it shows mine! Weird. Don't know why it wouldn't take mine to purchase a wifi package. At this point, how do I purchase another package under dh name? Can I do it somehow on my app or do we need to download the app on his old phone?
  10. Actually I was trying to purchase WiFi because I am on standard fare. I couldn’t do that nor just add my credit card. Ultimately it is the same screen. I will try tomorrow and will also try Dh phone too to see if his works. I will update to say if I got results.

  14. I am on the newest version of the app but it will not let me enter credit card info. It gives me an error message and try later. Is this just because it is the weekend?
  15. We are on the standard plan and was about to purchase wifi for our June cruise in case prices should go up. If for any reason I need to cancel the cruise is this refundable?
  16. Sorry for what happened to your wife. Hope she is better now. FYI- other crew than shore excursion people help with getting the excursions going. For future reference, in order to get a refund, you need to make sure a shore excursion person is given those tickets. At that moment they couldn't refund because they were not by their computer but they could have either told you to come to their desk later during their hours or told you to go to Medical center (or not because you did say a nurse saw her whom I assume was a medical center nurse and not a passenger). Either way you would need to request the refund. As for the extra "loving" care, possibly without being official seen, they didn't have a record of who she was so could not follow up. If you or she gave the nurse the info as to who you were, then I agree with you that they should have followed up.
  17. Thank you. You are right... it was not a complaint. Just wanted to know what others were served because I got what was expected (while in my room quarantined but ordered off MDR menu) but dh eating in MDR got something different. It was just a simple question.
  18. My piece was definitely chicken. Dh definitely had a bone. The assistant restaurant manager checked with the chef who said it is always made with a bone. Frankly I think they must have run out of boneless for some reason and I was one of the lucky ones. Dh says his was covered in sauce and cheese but was white meat. He didn't see any wing. The assistant restaurant manager was supposed to check to see where mine came from but never got back to us. Oh, and dh just reminded me that when he got a bone he sent it back and the new plate also had a bone. That is when they checked with the chef. We don't remember if we have ever seen chicken parmesan on a previous cruise.
  19. Last month while on the Sky Princess, quarantined in my room with Covid, I ordered chicken parmesan off the MDR menu for my dinner. It was as expected, boneless. My dh, eating in the MDR had a bone in his. When questioning the waiter and also the assistant restaurant manager (she was coming to the table to help our cousin because of food allergies) they said they only make it with a bone in. Sounds weird as mine was boneless. What have you experienced?
  20. And what happened after Medicare either approved something or denied it for being out of the country (if original medicare they don't pay but if advantage it depends on your plan)? With the Princess insurance you always have to first send it to your primary insurance. Whatever isn't paid you then submit to AON.
  21. @Feeling Sand-tastic thanks for providing info that would have been helpful in your first post. It disturbs me that IMG did not provide you the timely benefits that were needed. Especially because I purchased their insurance before and will be again for my next cruise. Have you contacted Steve again to find out why he never followed up with you? My recent cruise I had Covid the first night and went medical the next day. Besides my medical bill I also submitted a bill for a refund for an excursion that I was not able to cancel in time. They were prompt and paid me in about 10 days.
  22. I'm sorry what happened to you. Steve is an insurance BROKER he is NOT the insurance. Your first call should have been to the insurance company. As Geezer Couple above said it is they who would help you while in Greece. Steve could help if you are having trouble filing the claim or issues with the insurance company (this would be after you got back home) but I would never expect to call him in your situation to get help while in Greece. Any of the policies I have purchased has info and a phone # to call collect if while overseas you find your self in your situation so they can help. I hope you are better now. In the future make sure to read your policy, especially the part about what to do while you are in a foreign country.
