I talked to him several times. I had a head count change the last week before a cruise, so I called him and we agreed on a price. He asked me to text him the details, which I did, and he texted back “ok”.
The day of pick up at the hotel, he didn’t send enough van seating, so some of us had to wait on another van. We had to wait an extra 45 mins and when we contacted them it was always “he is 5 mins away”
Then on the way to the port, he calls me and changes the price. I referenced the texts we had exchanged. He didn’t care. I paid him what he asked because he had my CC on file, but the extra money I had was for the tip. We didn’t want the driver to be shorted, so our van paid extra to tip the driver.
He also goes by Fort Lauderdale Shuttle, and a couple others. But the best way is to look at the phone number. He uses it for each one. I found a couple of reviews on him and he did the same to them. 🤬
