Good day. I'm not familiar with the "AARP OBC" - I know what OBC is but what is AARP's OBC specifically? how do you obtain it? I'm an AARP member. Thanks! Patty

Spoke w/Windstar rep. For a couple, if an excursion only lists one name, that means the excursion is full and you can be waitlisted - but you must pay in full to be waitlisted. You must call Windstar to do this. Also, having only done one previous Windstar cruise, I thought I could use my OBC towards excursions booked in advance (as other cruise lines allow). Not so with Windstar. Their policy is OBC is literally for only making purchases once you are on board and cannot be used towards excursions booked in advance.

Good day wise Cruise Critic people. It's Sunday so can't contact Windstar until tomorrow but I'm trying to book excursions for upcoming Sep 2023 Wind Spirit trip and wondering if any of you can help. On some excursion choices, only my hubby's name appears for booking. Mine is missing. So I can only check him off and book the excursion for him. This occurs on more than one excursion choice. Have not seen this before. Any thoughts as to why this is?

West Marine online usually has a pretty good pair of water shoes on sale for around $20. They call them "aqua socks". We purchased these years ago and they have served us well.

We did Wind Surf for 17 days in the southern Caribbean and dress for dinner was as listed above. My hubby & I, along with another couple, are booked on Wind Spirit for Sep 7 to Sep 18.

Hi all. We were on Wind Star in December 2022 in the southern Caribbean and we got full-foot fins -- brand new, and came in a nice carry case to take off ship. We made sure to get ours early in the cruise to get best selection.

I'm not sure I have the correct terminal either. I'm getting conflicting info when trying to find where cruise ship terminal is located. Is it near downtown Reykjavik? or approx. 3 km east of downtown? Thanks for any info.

Good day. Does anyone know which is closest stop to the Reykjavik cruise terminal we book to get the Destination Blue Lagoon bus? Is it Stop #12, Hofoatorg? which is 3km from cruise port? Thank you.

There is/was a website where you could see what ships would be in a particular port on a particular day. I can't find my link to it and can't seem to find it when just using Google. I could look up a particular ship and dates of itinerary I was interested in. I think is was something like "cruisett.net"? Anyone know of a site like this? Thanks.
