There is a free souvenir penny press machine on Ovation of the Seas, inside the entrance to American Icon restaurant. We were onboard in September and October 2019.

Ovation of the Seas M&M for 9-20-19 and 9-30-19 transpacific each raffled one bottle of house red wine and one bottle of chardonnay, along with logo ball caps, key chains, backpack.

Just to update... We had a mysterious intermittent annoying electronic / whistle noise for the past day, and called Guest Services last night. Soon enough, someone came up to check, and then referred us to Maintenance, who also came last night to check. The noise was coming from a forward bulkhead, which has crew cabins on the other side. Maintenance was able to eliminate the noise this afternoon, so we have a quiet cabin again! 👏Yeah!

We are in a Cat 2E obstructed view balcony right now on Ovation of the Seas, #7510. It is the forward -most balcony on Deck 7 starboard side. It is as you described as somewhat enclosed by the structure , but no lifeboat blocking the view. It has been very quiet for the most part.
