We are on the Allure for Christmas this year - Dec 23-30th. Currently, the itinerary is
12/24 - Nassau
12/25 - Sea Day
12/26 - St Thomas
12/27 - St Kitts
12/28 - Sea day
12/29 - Sea Day
Has anyone had them change Nassau to Cocoa Cay? Just wondering what makes them choose to do Nassau over CC. I would much rather go to CC - we will most likely stay onboard that day.
Thanks!

Anyone used it yet? Are they charging the $1.99/person/day? I saw somewhere that you need to be at least 13 to use it. Anyone successful using it for those under 13? I guess we could always use one of our logins for her..... I don't want her to have internet access this trip and we have never bought wifi package. She was able to use chat on Disney cruise at 8yrs old.....

Not a fun decision but probably the smartest one you could make. Things may very likely be much better by xmas, but looking at things right now when final payment is coming up, its hard to commit those extra dollars to be paid in full.
And we made the same decision about 3 weeks ago. Canceled our Dec 19th MSC Divina for a HAL cruise for our break in March.
And who knows when Labadee will be safe to visit with the unrest and the earthquake damage

Hi All! Currently booked on the Allure for 12/23-30 for my 11 yr old daughter (not vaxxed yet - not sure if it would happen by Dec or not) and my husband and I. Trying to decide if I should change to a spring break cruise. There are 2 options: Harmony out of Port Canaveral to St Johns Antigua, St Thomas and Perfect Day. The other option is Oasis out of Miami going to Puerto Plata DR, St Thomas, San Juan and Labadee. I'm leaning towards Harmony as I like the itinerary better. Thoughts?

If I cancel before final payment what happens to the amount of the Non refundable deposit?

@soozles - will your pediatrician's office do it?

Folks - the new law for the Bahamas and St Thomas says that anyone 12 and over must be vaccinated. Children that are not eligible for vaccine yet can still go - just more testing involved on RCCL. NCL is only taking vaccinated passengers 12 adn up.

We are sailing Dec 23-30. Anyone know if Mama Mia will still be the show?
Thanks!

We are on the Dec 23rd holiday cruise on the Allure. They are still selling that one - wonder if cruising will be up to 100% capacity by then and if not, how will they bump......

I’m wondering also. I haven’t heard a peep about Allure. Our cruise is Aug 15 but we want to make alternate plans also. It’s so frustrating. If I had an early July cruise I would be pulling my hair out.
Ours is until December - over Christmas - but just curious

Just curious is anyone has heard any rumblings on test cruises for RCCL ships besides Freedom....

I check on my own from time to time even though we have a TA. We were able to go from a Promenade Interior View to Central Park Balcony for a total of $5 more! This is for 3 people Dec 23-20th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because if you wait, there may not be none available to book. Then you may be then forced to stay on the ship. Cruise to nowhere, that some unlike you may not want.

I asked RCCL via FB messenger and they told me that All cruise planner purchase are 100% refundable.

Sailing on the Allure in December. Flying out of MIA - is a 1:30pm flight safe?

Hi all -
When RCCL cancels cruises due to covid, do cruise planner purchases get rolled into FCC or are they refunded to the card used to purchase?
TIA!

We are on Allure out of FLL on 12/23....

Hi All!
We are booked on Allure for Dec 23-30th. Never been on an Oasis class ship. Want to book a specialty restaurant for dinner one night - 2 adults and an 11 yr old. If you had to pick ONE, which would you pick?
-
I just switched to the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina. Located on the 17th street causeway and even less points to boot!
we don't cruise til Dec of this year - fingers crossed it even happens.

Of your three, I would pick in this order:
Gallery One (love the location and the views)
Hampton Inn (not great to walk around at night
Wyndham (not a Dania Beach fan but love Tiki Bar)
There is just so much at your fingertips with the Gallery One; shopping, great restaurants, views, the beach, water taxi, etc.
@BlueHerons that is where I ended up. 26,000 points for a 1 night stay!!!! Woohoo! We stayed there Dec 2019 for 2 nights prior and it was awesome - Publix and Starbucks across the street!!!!!!

Whoops....My Bad for offering a very popular pre-cruise hotel on this board.
Shouldn't have assumed you might be interested in another option
No worries - Hyatt place is too expensive even with my Hyatt membership.... That is why I am not interested. I have Hilton points to use for a free room.

Try Hyatt Place just off 17th Street...great location right next door to the Harbor Shopping center, Publix market, restaurants, shops.
Hyatt Place has a shuttle from FLL to their hotel for $2.00 per booked room. Best rates are online with a Hyatt membership.
Thanks but I was only asking about the 3 in my post
