  1. That happened to us about a year ago. Never would have known that your cruise was cancelled until I start receiving emails that our dining package and other things were refunded. They gave is a 150 onboard credit for their mistake. Also a better cabin then original one. Thanks to our TA
  2. John I second that that's an awesome beer. I tried that on our cruise s few months ago. That's my go new go to beer after a few of them it's Makers Mark👌
  3. First of all go enjoy your cruise as I said here before the exact same thing happened to me. We lost the cabin that we really wanted and also the items we purchased such as specialty restaurants and few other things that totalled $400. We had to rebook everything but everything turned out ok. They refunded the money we lost and you now what the cabin that they rebooked for us turned out to be very good location. I know what you're talking about the customer service not be very good but as I said it'll work out. I understand your frustrated just try to have a little patience. Hope everything works out have a great cruise.
  4. That's what happened to us 2 weeks before or cruise on the Allure. They cancelled our cruise and everything that went with it speciality restaurants, internet, etc. RC admitted it was their fault totally gave us 100 obc which never happened. Anyway we had a really nice time on the Allure great ship.
  5. Exactly what happened to you happened to me. RCI did rebook me it was totally their fault. They threw $100 obc then I looked at the cabin it’s right above the arcade on the 14th deck. Needless to say we are changing that cabin there is no way I’m taking this one my travel agent is working on it as we speak I hope it works out
