I tried to make reservations for Cagney's also for Breakaway. It is gone from the website, so I called NCL to have them make the reservation for me. She was not able to do so and told me there was no availability for any time, for any party size, for any day. I didn't think that was possible since we're just 90 days out. Seems like a system problem that NCL should fix?

We finally decided to give NCL a try and booked the Breakaway. Ever since then, there has been a constant flow of negative happenings -- no reservations for the shows, increased DSC, now the added charge for room service. This has been disappointing and I agree that NCL's communication about the changes is sorely lacking.

To any cruisers who have experience with the relatively new dedicated shuttle to Horseshoe Bay Beach run by the West End Development Corp....
Is it easy to buy the round trip tickets? I think they are $16 r/t. Do they run often? Any information is appreciated. I will be in Bermuda in June. I realize that the $16 is more than buying public transportation bus tokens, but it is cheaper than an excursion and perhaps more convenient than the public buses. Anybody have experience using this shuttle service? Thank you.

We're new to NCL. Booked angled balcony room 11240 on the Breakaway. Anyone stayed in this room? It is a room for 4 people. Is the bed by the balcony? Is there a couch and a Pullman that folds down from the wall/ceiling for the 4th person? Any information is appreciated. Thanks.

UDP for us. First time on NCL. Me, DH and twin DDs age 16 on the Breakaway in June. We're not drinkers and will bring soda for the girls. We're looking forward to the specialty restaurants.

I was recently on the Splendor and had FTTF. The night before HMC, they put a letter in our stateroom telling us what times for the tender and where to meet. It was in a completely different room from the general population. As soon as a tender arrived (we waited about 7 minutes), the small group of us was escorted through the ship to the tender. So glad we bought FTTF.

Thank you to the 2 posters who responded. Excellent information. Thanks!

We purchased FTTF for our Splendor cruise in July. I see that the baggage tags say FTTF on them and we know to tell the baggage handlers that we have priority boarding. Do we each get a sticker for our sail and sign cards when we check in? Just wondering how cruise staff will know we have FTTF for the tender at HMC, Guest Relations line, etc. Thanks much for any information!

For anyone who has recently sailed on the Splendor, is the room safe the type you need to open with a credit card (like on the Miracle), or the type that you put in a combination? Thanks much!

For those of you who have cruised on the Splendor, please offer your comments on table vs. booth for family of 4. One of my girls has special needs (not a physical issue). We are booked for early seating, but I'm not familiar with the dining room.
Are there any 4 person booths somewhat near the windows? I think she will do better away from the entrance and alot of distractions, and the window view might be good for her.
I plan to email the maitre'd, but not sure what to ask for regarding the table location. Any suggestions? Thanks much.
CAGNEYS is not on the dining option list for JUNE EPIC

Thank you Ranch Cruiser. I called the number you provided. Had to wait on hold a bit, but no big deal. They were able to make Cagney reservations for me for 2 out of the 3 days I wanted. Apparently, their 25% allotment for one of the days is already filled. I'll try to make that reservation on board. Thanks again!
