  1. Maybe, but we are in bed when the light comes on. Must be that mouse somebody mentioned in a previous post 😁
  2. We were on the Enchanted In January, cabin A703. Put tape on the light sensor and the light still came on. Put several layers of tape over the sensor, it still came on, but not as often. Talked to the cabin steward about the problem so he folded up a laundry bag and taped it over the entire light fixture. The light would still randomly come on in the middle of the night while we were in bed. Don't know why ????
  3. On every cruise we have taken the ship's time has always matched port time.
  4. When we tried to order our medallions it showed a $10 shipping fee, even though we have the plus package. We called (800-774-6237) to ask why. The agent first told us it was for the premium package only (wrong answer), then he said it was for Canadians only (wrong answer). I kept telling him the free shipping was listed on the gifts and services summary page. All of a sudden he said we had the free shipping and ordered the medallions for us. He then commenced to try to get us to upgrade to the premier package, NO thank you. Then he wanted to make our dining reservations for us, No thank you we already booked our dining times. We got lucky, only 30 minutes on the phone.
  5. Princess transfer was a disaster when we disembarked the Sapphire Princess on December 1, 2023. We stood in a long line more than 2 hours. Fortunately, the sun was shining. Never again!
  6. There was a lack of soap in the men's bathrooms when we were on the Enchanted for 20 days in January. They were continually filthy, trashcans overflowing and smelled like urine, too. I have seen porta potties in better shape. I went to guest services several times, but did not see any improvement.
  7. We have the new Plus package, but the app is charging $10 for shipping. What is the phone number you are calling to resolve this issue?
  8. The Enchanted has the same loungers. I hit my leg on one, too. It hurt, but did not break the skin. Tables were hard to come by on the Enchanted.
  9. Our next cruise is Jan 9, 2025 and the response was the same as yours, July 31, 2024. That is strange
  10. We did not attend, but the Sapphire Princess offered the Tuscan lunch several times during our 32 day cruise in November 2023.
  11. We booked the Enchanted for Jan 9, 2025 (20 Days) and Jan 29, 2025 (10days) in July 2023. We happened to look yesterday and the price dropped significantly. The 20 day dropped $1600 and the 10 day dropped $902. Huge savings $2500!!! Same cabin, same everything.
  12. If I have more OBC (military, stock, FCC and promotional credit) than my wife and she uses all of her OBC will her additional charges come off my OBC at the end of the cruise ? I am referring to on board spending, not pre-cruise tour reservations.
