And get there early. I think it closes around 930 am . This was on Harmony . We never got in as we got there around 9 and didnt want to wait in a line up.

Good, no more steamer trunks in the overhead. Some passengers can barely get them over their heads to place into the overhead holding up the flow of passengers trying to get to their seats.

It worked really well for us on a big ship too . We never sat at the same table twice and were on different floors during the cruise. They seem to have it figured out now. As i stated in my previous post we just showed up early and there were no lines .

I had 6:45 MTD on Harmony deck 3 last month for a two top . We would show up shortly after 6 pm and the gate keeper would ask us if we would like to be seated. He would then contact the other dining rooms to see if there was space due to no shows for early traditional dining. We would get a table every night right away on one of the other floors. If you dont mind different waiters ( and we dont ) you can work something out with the door man.

Glad your cruise was enjoyable . We were on the harmony last month and enjoyed it also. We started lunch at the pizza joint as the windjammer is a zoo on embarkation day. We then went to the solarium bistro which was almost empty and had a little more to eat. Less selection there but enough of a selection and has a nice salad bar also.

We asked our cabin steward on Harmony last month and he happily provided them . I think its a good idea as not everybody wants one. New cruisers will be using the app and probably dont even know they exist.

That sounds like my time dining to me also if you needed reservations . You will be fine if you have early dining , same table and same wait staff . Call RC or your TA to confirm you have fixed early dining . Enjoy your cruise !

Its unusual for a pod type machine to be too noisy as the beans are already processed. My Saeco expresso machine grinds the beans before brewing and that is loud. My keurig machine isnt as noisy as it uses pods.

You cant please all of the people all of the time , thats why we go ourselves.🙂

We preferred it over the main dining room. Had all of our meals there. And it was a very handy location just down the hall from our cabin. As others have mentioned , service was great . One thing my wife mentioned though , was no table cloth like the main dining room ( Allure )

Cant recall . It was a while ago . Its Journey music in general i cat handle , as the two singers in the real band had similar pipes and could hit those high notes quite well . I soon realized i couldnt handle several songs in a row .

I remember reading his live reviews . They were very good.

Saw a Journey tribute band on Anthem several years ago . I soon discovered i couldnt handle the high pitched voice of the singer after a few tunes.Now i wont listen to Journey . I preferred the house band ... Rock the Boat that had a variety of material .

For me , something like this would be torturous . Relatives are overrated in my opinion. I would say yes, and then come up with an excuse not to go.🤣

Saw the A Groove band a couple weeks ago on the Harmony . Id have to say they were the best musicians i have heard on a cruise ship. Real pros .

I like the all in one , saves switching products . It seems to work , you come out smelling ok .😂

Sounds like you got the run around . Keep calling back , you might get a sympathetic agent .

I asked the cabin steward on harmony and he provided them . We wanted them for a first time cruiser that booked the Icon in February just to give them some idea of the activities available. I also told them to download the app .

Coastal Kitchen is a nice venue for a quieter dining experience . Enjoy your cruise !

On my one and only Princess cruise on the Star about 15 years ago they had them .

It closes pretty early though , think it was 9:30 am . We never made it there as we didnt want to wait in the lineup , but the dining room made a nice omelette .
