It was time to do my wine search this afternoon since they only have a limited supply of moscato which you can only buy by the bottle, even if you have the Premium Beverage package. And I think I have found a suitable substitute that I can get by the glass and it’s only 8% alcohol. I know, many of you like a more dryer wine. But for me the less acidic and more sweeter the taste is the better. 😁 Normally, I’m happy with a good German Riesling on the ship if I can’t find a tasty moscato. But when I tried this Riesling Spatlese, I found my new goto wine for the cruise! If I drink wine I too like Moscato. I am happy the you did the experimentation so now I will know what to order- thank you😁.

I’m sure you will! He is a little concerned about the trip but also wants to get out of his house! We have lived and travelled all over the world when we were growing up (he is currently writing about it) and he misses traveling. I will also keep an eye out for you!

Hi Ken, I just found your live from thread after finding Jim’s. I am looking forward to reading your thread as well. We are a group of 5 - dh, 97+ year old Dad, sister, brother-in-law and me. My Dad and dh and I are in Aqua rooms but my sister is not, so not sure how often we will get to dine in Blu! Smooth seas ahead😁

Hello! 🙂I just found your thread and will follow closely as my dh, my almost 98 year old Dad, my sister and brother-in-law and I will be on the 19th from Reykjavik to Boston. We were booked on it 2 years ago from Ireland but this works out better for my Dad as he lives in New Hampshire so only one flight. We are flying from Boston on the 16th and arriving early 17th and have Covid tests in the afternoon. I am looking forward to reading your thoughts and experiences of the Summit. I hope we run into some of you that will be on the cruise, look for a group of 3 or 5 with an 97+ year old man with a beard😁
